Son of Odin, Son of Frey, father of Forseti
and brother to Thor
Nightmares of death cloud my dreams
Causing fear to set in
Odin rides the mighty Slepnir
To the Underworld
Consulting a dead seeress
Who tells a tale of her son's doom

Fearing for the life of her beloved son
Frigg traversed throughout the nine realms
Making all existence swear an oath
Never harm Baldr
all give their word but the mistletoe
For this creature is far too young

Loki depearts out of jeleasy
to find the young shrub
fastening it to a spear
he gave the weapon to Hrod
unbeknownst to the blind god
and ignorent to loki's scheme
He threw the spear at Baldr
Thus His life came to an end

Knowing that this is the first sign of Ragnarok
The gods unable to speak they tremble
with anguish, anger and fear
Frigg compossese her self to ask the gods
please ride to hell
and ask what it will take to have his
soul set free

Hermond rode nine nights through dark thick valleys
with all 8 hooves pounding
they crossed the river Gjoll
begging and pleading with hel
to release balders soul
she said she would under one condition
make all creaters cry for him

All creatures gods and elves cried and wept for Balder
except the wicked witch Thookk asking why she sould cry
unbeknownst to hermond this was indead loki in desguise
so he gave up the cause and returned to valhalla defeated

Sitting in Hlidskjalf odin sees all
Loki won't escape his fate
So they all swear an oath
the gods begin the hunt
Chasing him into a dismal cave
As the others chase his sons and
seize the traitor's kin

Drawing out Nerve's entrails
They bound loki to 3 rocks
Skadi carried a vile snake
and vastened it to the stalagtites
To forever drip venom into his eyes
Writhing in pain all of Yggdrasil quakes and trembles
